WOW what a fun bunch of kids!!! We kicked the night off with some party games to get the kids warmed up, musical bobs and musical statues were a big hit!
The younger kids started the disco off with some really cool dance moves and some great song requests. It always pays to get a good list of songs the kids like before the disco, just to make sure I have everything they request and a lot more.
The kids wanted to have a limbo competition, so I gave them a limbo competition! We played a classic boys vs girls limbo game and its safe to say the girls won by a landslide.
After a short break we kicked off the older group disco, they were all about the dance moves. I held a dance off between the boys and the girls, these kids really knew how to dance and loved every minute of it. The boys had the better moves this time around, with a few more games and songs we reached the end of the night.
I have played a few times at this school now and the kids are just wonderful. Thanks Como Primary for having me, looking forward to coming back again soon!
